Leo Margarit

Leo Margarit is recognized for his great versatility. He started playing drums at the age of 5 and studied classical percussion at the Conservatory. Before joining the progressive metal band Pain of Salvation in 2007, he played in various groups, including Zubrowska, with whom he participated in European festivals.

Within Pain of Salvation, he has contributed to several acclaimed albums. Alongside his career as a band musician, Léo Margarit has collaborated with Toontrack (Music Software). He has created drum sound libraries for their virtual instruments, showcasing his musicality and technique. His approach to drumming is strongly influenced by his solid classical training.
