Brann Dailor is best known as the drummer and one of the singers in the metal band Mastodon.
He is widely regarded as one of the world's finest metal bands, with a style strongly influenced by jazz and progressive rock. His influences range from Phil Collins to Sean Reinert (Cynic, Death), Mikkey Dee, Dave Lombardo, Elvin Jones, Tony Williams and Billy Cobham.
